Personal Assistant / Household Manager

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant / Household Manager to support daily household operations, coordination, and administrative matters.

This role will be directly trained and supervised by the current Personal Assistant. It is a long-term development opportunity for someone responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Location：Sentosa, Singapore

Responsibilities:

· Assist in daily household management (property maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, etc.)

· Coordinate appointments and schedules (school, medical, documentation, etc.)

· Liaise with external parties (banks, schools, clinics, property management, etc.)

· Support expense tracking, reimbursement, and document organization

· Assist in managing household staff and daily coordination

· Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion

· Assist in planning and accompanying family members on local and overseas trips (itinerary planning, hotel bookings, travel coordination, etc.)

· Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

· 6 working days per week, 3-month probation period

· Fluent in English and Mandarin (required)

· Experience as a Personal Assistant or Household Manager is a plus, but not mandatory

· Preferred background in Business, Accounting, Education, or related disciplines

· Enjoys interacting with children; friendly, warm, and approachable personality

· Responsible, detail-oriented, and dependable

· Self-motivated and willing to learn

· Able to multitask and stay organized

· Basic proficiency in office software
