Performance & Content Marketing Executive (Hair / Scalp / Wellness)

Bio Organicare is a Singapore scalp & hair wellness centre (brand & logo trademarked) specialising in organic + Korean-inspired + tricho-science scalp solutions. We are expanding and want to increase our digital leads and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run Meta (Facebook/IG) and Google ads to generate daily leads for scalp/hair treatments
• Create simple ad copies, headlines and visual briefs for campaigns
• Coordinate photo/video shooting at our outlets (HarbourFront / Taste Orchard / etc.)
• Manage social media (IG, TikTok, FB) and post 3–5x weekly using real treatment content
• Track and report performance: cost per lead, bookings, show-up rate
• Work with operations/consultants to improve consultation follow-up system
• Support SEO content (blog posts about hair loss, dandruff, postpartum hair fall)

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years in beauty / aesthetic / hair / clinic / wellness marketing
• Hands-on experience running paid ads (not just boosting)
• Able to create content using phone / Canva / CapCut
• Good English; Mandarin is a plus to handle Chinese-speaking customers
• Able to work some weekends for campaign/content
• Positive attitude, proactive, can work directly with Director
