Payroll Assistant

Location: One-North
Period: till end Sep
Salary: Up to $3000

• Handles full spectrum of payroll administration for research entities (including CPF & tax submission) using SAP software
• Prepares monthly headcount, payroll reconciliation report and other payroll related reports
• Processes ESS claims (e.g. Flexi, dental and handphone)
• Co-ordinates with Finance Department on monthly treasury provision for payroll related activities and payroll reconciliation
• Ensures general ledger journal generation to Finance Department for completed payroll processing
• Processes & verifies statutory claims like NS Leave and Government-Paid Leave like Childcare Leave and Maternity Leave etc
• Assists with queries from auditors for payroll related audit exercises
• Attends to employees’ queries on salary matters
• Worked closely, independently, and proactively with various parties for payroll related issues and system errors/upgrades & enhancements
• Maintains up to date archival of payroll records
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Supervisor
