Patient Service Trainee (Telok Blangah)

Start your healthcare career with us — no experience needed! We are looking for a motivated individual to join our dental clinic as a Patient Service Trainee. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring every visit is smooth and pleasant. Full training provided. 5-day work week, day shifts only.

What You Will Do

•       Manage patient registration, appointment booking, and follow-up scheduling

•       Process patient payments accurately (cash, card, NETS)

•       Submit and track dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals

•       Respond to patient enquiries professionally — in-person, by phone, and email

•       Support clinic operations with filing, data entry, and supply management

What You Need

•       Diploma or degree in any discipline

•       Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills

•       Comfortable using basic computer applications

•       Available for rotating day shifts including at least one weekend day

•       Fresh graduates and career switchers welcome — training provided
