Job Summary

Join a family-oriented dental clinic as a Patient Service Executive, delivering seamless appointment management, accurate payment processing, and effective administrative support to enhance patient experience and clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments to optimize clinic workflow and patient convenience
• Process cash and card payments accurately and professionally to ensure smooth financial transactions
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and office coordination to maintain an organized clinic environment
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a welcoming atmosphere and address inquiries promptly
• Utilize computer systems and office software applications proficiently to support efficient administrative operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, welcoming diverse academic backgrounds
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a business executive or patient service executive in the healthcare industry
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Other Information

• Working Day: 5 days work week (including 1 weekend)
• Working Hours: 8:30 am – 6:15 pm
• Location: Telok Blangah // Labrador Park // Holland Village
• Salary: $2700 to $3400
