Part-Time Accounts Receivable Officer

Screed is a growing eCommerce lightings store and we’re looking for someone to take on the management of accounts receivables.

Job Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of Bank Receipts with Sales Orders
• Responsible for the management of accounts receivable, including tracking outstanding invoices and incoming payment receipts.
• Emailing and calling customers to check on payment status
• Support any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Requirements

• Must be very meticulous and careful with strong attention to detail
• Minimum 'O' Level, professional certificate / NITEC in office skills
• Preferably entry level in General accounting or equivalent
• Related working experience is required.
• Some basic accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Good typing skills and accuracy.
• Good with computers and programs like Excel.
• Organized and able to manage your time.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Pay rate:

SGD 12/hr, Monthly paid.

Hours:

Part-time, flexible work hours can be discussed. (Will adjust working time at interview)

Accounting Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
