Partnerships Manager (Public Agency)

Contract: 1 + 1 year
Working Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8:15am – 5:45pm | Fri: 8:15am – 5:15pm
Location: Northeast & East Area

About the Role
We are looking for a Communications Manager to support partnership engagementthrough strategic content development, digital communications, and stakeholderengagement. You will play a key role in shaping brand storytelling,strengthening digital presence, and supporting organisation-wide communicationefforts.

Key Responsibilities Content Development & Digital Presence

• Develop and execute content strategies across social media and web platforms
• Create engaging content that highlights programmes, people, and impact
• Manage content calendars and ensure brand consistency across channels

Internal & External Communications

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to deliver communication materials

Strategic Communications Support

• Support publicity and outreach initiatives through media releases, stakeholder updates, and event communications
• Work closely with central communications teams on key campaigns

Brand & Editorial Support

• Ensure brand consistency across all materials
• Review and edit content to maintain quality and alignment with messaging guidelines

Crisis Communications Support

• Assist in implementing communication protocols during critical situations under guidance

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience managing social media platforms and understanding of digital media landscape
• Proficiency in content creation tools and basic analytics platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
