Outdoor Adventure Camp Instructor

Basic Function:

• Design, planned and deliver adventure learning camps in accordance to clients’ learning needs.
• Lead and manage a specific unit, department or portfolio, as part of instructor leadership development.

Duties and Responsibilities (Full time):

• Design, plan and deliver programmes in accordance to procedures with clients’ safety and learning as priority.
• Prepare and conduct youth camps
• Guide youths and help them build character through activities
• Impart skills and knowledge, making a difference in their lives
• Facilitate fun and learning within the group
• Coordinate logistical needs with the rest of the team to ensure smooth running of programmes.

· Supervisory functions such as management of associate instructors and service worker

· Review associate instructors promotion

· Able to commit for overnight camps

· Leadership responsibilities in respective portfolios beyond primary role of an Instructor

• Meeting clients to identify learning needs and present propose programmes.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks
