Operations Representative

Tasks & Responsibilities:

▪ Handle ISO tanks and Flexi operation matters

▪ Coordinate and prepare documents for import/export, transshipment operations and orders handling for local and overseas customers

▪ Liaise with agents, haulers, forwarders and customers

▪ Arrange invoices and payment matters

▪ Other ad hoc duties and initiatives assigned

Requirements:

▪ Tertiary qualification – ITE or Diploma

▪ Good communicator and fluent in English (oral and written)

▪ Good IT skills

▪ Self-motivated and ability to perform under pressure

▪ Strong team player with good initiative and ability to work independently

▪ Experience in Operations for ISO tanks and Flexi preferred
