Operations Executive [Gov]

Duration: 11 Months

Salary: Up to $3,450 per month

Location: Pasir Panjang

Working Days and Hours: Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of internal programmes, engagement activities, and events
• Assist in developing communication materials and tailored messages for different audiences
• Provide administrative and coordination support for vendors, procurement, and event logistics
• Support basic reporting, feedback collection, and awareness initiatives related to data protection and cyber security

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field with 1+ years in change management or communications
• Experience in creating and executing communication strategies and managing events
