Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deploy daily transport activities and drivers while assigning and controlling trucking distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Ensure proper documentation is submitted within schedule.

• Ensure job requests are clearly disseminated to drivers and ground issues are properly coordinated.

• Oversee and manage a fleet of drivers to ensure safe handling and delivery of customers’ cargo.

• Communicate with customers to answer their queries.

• Provide quotation for rates.

• Ensure strict safety compliances

Requirement:

• A dynamic team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in manpower deployment and equipment handling.

• Independent, highly motivated and self-driven to initiate and implement processes.

• Thrives under pressure of working in a fast paced environment.
