Network Support Analyst

Network support analyst who can install, maintain, and troubleshoots computer networks, ensuring their security and performance. Key duties include monitoring network activity, diagnosing and resolving issues with hardware and software, and providing technical assistance to users. They also help with network upgrades, perform system backups, and manage security measures.

Core responsibilities

· SCCM compliance and deploy SCCM packages for application

· Security vulnerability and remediation

· Track network performance, analyse traffic, and use monitoring tools to identify and resolve bottlenecks and other issues.

· Diagnose and fix problems related to network hardware, software, and connectivity for end-users and systems.

· Implement and manage security measures to protect data, software, and hardware from threats and manage Compliance

· Provide technical assistance to users, create user guides, and train staff on network systems.

· Assist with network upgrades, plan new configurations, and support IT projects related to network infrastructure.

· Manage Active Directory
