1. Massage & Therapy Services

• Perform a variety of body massage treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, Tui Na, aromatherapy, and other therapeutic services.
• Assess clients’ needs and conduct basic consultation before each session to understand preferences, pressure levels, and any contraindications.
• Apply proper massage techniques to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.

2. Customer Service & Experience

• Deliver a professional, warm, and relaxing experience for every client.
• Attend to clients’ enquiries and ensure their comfort throughout the session.
• Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and long-term relationships.

3. Hygiene & Safety Standards

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for treatment rooms, beds, tools, and linens.
• Prepare treatment areas before sessions and clean up after each client.
• Follow all sanitation and safety procedures, including proper handling of oils and equipment.

4. Operations Support

• Assist in appointment scheduling, check-in, and check-out when required.
• Maintain basic client treatment records where necessary.
• Support general outlet operations during peak periods.
• Assist with stock-taking and ensure sufficient supply of oils, towels, and consumables.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
