Marketing Outreach Events Executive

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support outreach events, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track event requests and ensure alignment with outreach objectives and resource planning.
• Maintain and update outreach records, databases, and activity tracking.
• Compile event feedback and prepare post-event reports for management.
• Develop and organize outreach materials that are clear and easy to understand.
• Provide administrative support for outreach and engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing or its equivalent.
