MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer traffic and revenue growth

• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, offline promotions, festive campaigns)

• Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.)

• Drive customer retention strategies including membership programs and repeat-visit campaigns

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

• Work closely with Operations and outlet teams to ensure effective campaign execution

• Manage marketing budget and monitor campaign performance metrics

• Identify new traffic channels and partnership opportunities to sustain long-term brand competitiveness
  

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 4–5 years of marketing experience, with proven experience in the F&B industry (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of Singapore’s F&B market and local consumer behavior

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to manage bilingual marketing content, Chinese-language marketing materials, and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics and performance tracking

• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
