Salary: Up to $5900 per month
- Provide administrative and coordination support for institute activities and projects
- Assist in work planning, scheduling, tracking deliverables, and follow-ups
- Support documentation, reporting, and preparation of materials (e.g., presentations, briefing notes)
- Maintain organised records of projects, communications, and stakeholder engagements
- Support development and dissemination of communications materials (e.g., newsletters, web content, social media posts)
- Assist in drafting and editing content for internal and external audiences
- Coordinate updates for digital platforms (website, mailing lists, social media)
- Monitor engagement metrics and prepare basic analytics reports
- Support planning and execution of events (logistics, vendor coordination, participant management)
- Assist with preparation of event materials (e.g., invitations, programmes, briefing notes)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Support post-event follow-up, reporting, and documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (faculty, administrative teams, university offices)
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and service providers
- Track deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks by stakeholders
- Support relationship management through timely communication and follow-u
- Support basic budgeting processes, expense tracking, and procurement coordination
- Assist in maintaining databases (e.g., contacts, event participants, media lists)
- Support data collection and preparation of reports and dashboards
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Basic understanding of communications, events, and administrative processes
- Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., websites, social media, email tools)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in administrative, communications, events, or programme support roles
