Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a positive and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level role where you will support the Marketing Team in daily marketing tasks, social media, and influencer collaboration for NuVe’s range of stays and offerings.

Role and Responsibilities

KOL / Influencer Support (Under Guidance)

• Research and suggest suitable KOLs/influencers to promote NuVe stays and F&B offering
• Assist in contacting and coordinating with KOLs
• Support simple campaign follow-ups and reports

Social Media Support (Under Guidance)

• Assist in managing social media platforms
• Draft captions and schedule posts; for selected venues
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a professional manner
• Respond to reviews on Google and TripAdvisor

Coordination Work

• Liaise with suppliers or vendors when required
• Assist with simple marketing-related coordination tasks

Design & Content Support

• Help with simple EDM/design layouts and resizing of visuals
• Photoshop and Mailjet knowledge is a bonus

Administrational Duties

Other ad hoc duties as assigned


What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Interest in social media and hospitality industry
• Basic Canva skills (Photoshop is a bonus)
• Good written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
