We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Assistant who enjoys bringing ideas to life and learning through real-world experience. You will work closely with our leadership team and media partners, supporting marketing campaigns, communications, and signature events such as Oktoberfest and live music weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support social media content and online communications
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and events
• Support event operations, including catering and on-site activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Provide administrative support related to marketing and communications initiatives

Profile

• First experience or internship in Marketing, Communications, Events, Hospitality, or F&B is an advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
• Confident, proactive communicator who is team-oriented and flexible
• Creative, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, or Keynote is a plus
• Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative team
