Marketing Analytics Officer (Entry Level, 1 year)

What to expect:   

• Support data collection, monitoring, and analysis for community engagement and marketing initiatives.
• Analyse marketing campaign performance and market research data to generate insights and optimise promotional strategies.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, visualisations, and reports to track marketing performance and partnership outcomes.
• Contribute to data-driven marketing strategies and marketing collateral development for course promotion.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for partnership engagement, including database management, scheduling, correspondence, and organising events and collaborative projects with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimally a Diploma in Analytics / Statistics / Mathematics / Communications / Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g.,Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite).
• Understanding of the social service sector and training landscape.
