Market Executive

Your designation shall be Market Research and Development Executive，and you will be expected to perform duties and job functions but not limited to：

Market R&D Integration：Conduct market trend analysis, user demand research, and competitive analysis to provide data support for innovation projects and product planning. Lead business model innovation, new product concept validation, market testing, and related data analysis.

Drive cross-department R&D collaboration to ensure that market insights are effectively integrated into the development process. Identify and engage multinational corporations (MNCs) and local enterprises to participate in innovation and business growth initiatives.

Project Execution & Business Expansion：

Oversee end-to-end project execution and prepare validated solutions for implementation. Lead preliminary research for new store expansion, including market assessment, growth strategy optimization, and feasibility analysis. Coordinate resources and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and support the achievement of business growth targets.
