Marine Sales Engineer (open to fresh grads)

As we expand, we are seeking a self-driven sales professional with a ‘hunter’ mentality to drive rapid, sustainable growth—rewarded by attractive commission schemes.

Role

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new pipelines of sales opportunities.
• Seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and trade shows.
• Proactively arrange meetings with prospective clients and actively listen to their needs and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Create sales proposals and manage sales activities till project award.
• Participate in industry exhibitions or conferences.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and communicate insights to internal teams.
• Perform other assigned tasks or duties as assigned.

Qualification & Skills

• Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering, sales and marketing or similar field.
• Driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving performance results.
• Able to work effectively both as an individual contributor and as part of project teams in a fast-paced and complex business environment.
• Experience in marine engines and propulsion systems will be highly regarded.
• Comfortable with web-based computer applications including MS Office and CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel overseas for business trips when required.
