Manufacturing Supervisor (Afternoon shift, Biomedical)

• Basic up to $5K + Shift $180 + Transport $110 + AWS + VB

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise production teams to ensure smooth shift operations
• Drive production output, quality standards, and on-time delivery targets
• Plan manpower, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety regulations
• Handle production issues, deviations & support audits
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and processes

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Engineering / Manufacturing or related field
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (medical/pharma preferred)
