Manager/Senior Manager (Finance, Public Agency) - 1 year

1-year contract with a Public Agency!

• Up to $4,500 per month
• Toa Payoh MRT
• Mon - Fri, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of financial operations including monthly bank, deposits, project reconciliations, ageing reports, asset transactions, and system administration.
• Review and enhance financial policies and procedures, working with stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Apply accounting treatments and adhere to financial policies to maintain accuracy and integrity in financial records.
• Analyse financial data and transactions using automation and digitalisation tools to generate insights that support informed management decisions.
• Assess user requirements and provide advisory support on suitable options, ensuring full compliance with financial policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in finance policy review and project transformation.
• Good understanding of Government fiscal policies, processes and systems, with experience in transformation, digitisation and change management projects.
