Job Summary
Manage key global and regional accounts, drive growth, and build strong executive
relationships while ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the optimization of business volume and profitability for one of Regional key account portfolio segment.
- Drive continuous growth in sales efficiency and ensure the achievement of all KPIs for TEUs and contribution margin.
- Direct the development of negotiation strategies and manage global tenders to maximize returns across multiple trade lanes and contributions.
- Manage high-level collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to govern and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to align with ONE's digitalization strategies.
- Develop a customer segmentation strategy and maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on business KPIs.
- Assist in any other assigned duties.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines.
- Minimum with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
- Proven sales execution ability, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and resilient.
- Adaptable and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office skills and Google suite applications.
- Experience in a related field or industry is strongly preferred for this role.
