Manager (Outdoor Safety & Audit), 1 year - North East

Responsibilities:

• Support the organisation’s safety and risk management initiatives, including developing and enhancing safety processes and systems.
• Manage both routine and ad-hoc tasks such as maintaining the Risk Register, overseeing risk management systems, and preparing for audits/reviews.
• Track and review advisories and guidelines from local and international agencies to inform and implement relevant safety measures.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute safety-related activities and training programmes.
• Contribute to research, development, and curation of safety-related content, and support safety culture-building efforts such as surveys and capability-building initiatives.
• Provide additional support for tasks as assigned by the unit head.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with minimally 1 year of relevant experience in risk management and audit.
• Certifications in WSQ Workplace Safety and Health, Internal auditor in ISO 45001:2018, and/or ISO 9001:2015 will be advantageous.
• Experience in data analytics and usage of data visualising software (i.e., PowerBI, Tableau or similar applications) will be advantageous.
• Keen interest in creative development and working with e-learning content.
