Manager (Marketing, Energy Sector)

• Basic up to $7,500 per month + Completion Bonus (1-month)
• 1-year contract with a Public Agency

• Mon - Fri, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Curate, review, and optimise content across digital platforms, including social media channels and the corporate website.
• Monitor, analyse, and interpret performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, generate insights, and inform ongoing content refinement.
• Support the planning and execution of digital communications campaigns to enhance public awareness and engagement around issues and initiatives.
• Develop and tailor digital content including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia to support communications campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure communications activities are aligned, consistent, and effectively delivered.
• Identify content opportunities and apply relevant digital best practices to strengthen overall communications impact.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in social media management, digital campaign management, and content creation.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
• Team player with project management skills.
