Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms and the website, creating engaging stories that highlight programmes, people, and impact while maintaining consistent branding and posting schedules.
- Collaborate with departments and coordinate with approved vendors or service providers to ensure clear, consistent messaging and timely delivery of communication materials.
- Support strategic publicity and amplification initiatives by assisting with media releases, stakeholder updates, and communications for key events and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across communication materials and provide editorial support to maintain quality and alignment with organisational voice and messaging guidelines.
- Assist in implementing crisis communication protocols during critical incidents under senior leadership guidance to help safeguard organisational reputation.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only.
- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field with 3 years of experience in content creation and Marketing Analytics.
- Professional communication skills with ability to work effectively under pressure.
