Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies to support workforce planning and operational needs in the construction sector.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for local and foreign employees, including skilled workers, supervisors, and administrative staff.

Manage foreign workforce administration, including Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass applications, renewals, levy calculations, and quota compliance.

Liaise with MOM and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and construction sector manpower policies.

Design and implement HR policies, employment contracts, and SOPs aligned with statutory requirements.

Oversee payroll processing, CPF contributions, leave administration, and employee benefits management.

Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and workplace conflict resolution.

Support management in manpower budgeting, workforce cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives.

Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness for employment records, safety certifications, and regulatory inspections.

Provide strategic advice to senior management on talent retention, workforce planning, and HR risk management.
