Management Executive / Trainee

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of different departments, and developing effective communication and collaboration skills with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Conduct extensive market research, surveys, and data analysis, to identify customer needs and preferences in various regions and cultures.

• Collect feedback and analyze data to support business needs, working closely with the Line managers.

• Contribute to the company's international business strategy formulation and business expansion, gaining insights into the company's strategic planning and market competition in different regions.

• Assist with overall support to the team and identify ways to facilitate progression.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
