Logistics Sales Executive

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Logistics market. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and needs.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.

• Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized logistics solutions and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable agreements.

• Market Analysis: Analyze competitors and market conditions to identify potential gaps and opportunities. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer feedback.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Adjust strategies as necessary to meet sales goals.

• Collaboration: Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions for clients.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Proven experience in sales within the logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industry.

• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
