About the Role

A&T Global Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Logistics Officer / Production Planner to manage and coordinate our supply chain and port-side operations within Keppel Distripark and Jurong Port FTZ. The role requires close collaboration with freight forwarders, customs officers, and warehouse operators to ensure the efficient flow of goods, accurate documentation, and timely delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

·        Plan, schedule, and monitor logistics activities to ensure smooth coordination of import/export operations.

·        Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and FTZ authorities for cargo movement and clearance.

·        Prepare and verify shipping documentation (CIPL,BL, AWB, permits, etc.) to ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.

·        Monitor production and dispatch schedules to align with warehouse and vessel timelines.

·        Track cargo status and ensure proper coordination between warehouse, transporters, and customer service teams.

·        Implement process improvements to optimise workflow, reduce lead times, and enhance efficiency.

·        Ensure data accuracy in warehouse management systems and maintain up-to-date shipment records.

·        Supervise loading/unloading operations and ensure safety and documentation standards are met.

Requirements

·        Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, production planning, or warehouse management.

·        Well-versed with operations and regulatory procedures in Keppel Distripark FTZ or Jurong Port FTZ.

·        Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs clearance, and port operations is essential.

·        Proficiency in logistics systems and MS Office applications.

·        Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
