Logistic Transport Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Logistic Transport Coordinator to manage daily transport operations and ensure timely delivery of containers and cargo. The role involves coordinating truck schedules, liaising with drivers and customers, and ensuring smooth haulage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and arrange daily truck schedules

• Coordinate with drivers, customers, ports, and depots

• Monitor deliveries to ensure on-time completion

• Prepare job orders and transport documents

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues

• Ensure compliance with safety and transport regulations

• Update transport systems and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Experience in haulage, transport, or logistics is preferred

• Basic knowledge of Singapore port and terminal operations is a plus

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.

• Able to use MS Office and transport systems
