Logistic Planner - Warranty (Up to $4,000/ Office Hours)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Logistic Planner to support the full cycle of warranty and service-related activities. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth follow-up on customer returns, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping service records updated. This role suits someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and moving parts behind-the-scenes.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Check and submit warranty claims correctly and on time. Handle returned defective parts and answer customer questions.
• Track daily claim status and prepare monthly reports.
• Work with engineers, quality teams, repair centers, and shipping teams to make sure parts are ready and delivered to customers quickly. Be the main point of contact for claim updates.
• Adjust warranty orders based on different customer needs or country regulations. Solve any issues or delays in the process.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong administrative and coordination skills
• Confident in communicating with cross-functional teams
