Litigation Secretary (Insolvency Department)

Kelvin Chia Partnership is a medium-size law firm headquartered in Singapore with a regional presence in South East Asia.  We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join us as Litigation Secretary in our Insolvency Department.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the lawyers in the Insolvency Department.
• Responsible for legal documentation as well as document tracking, filing and management.
• Drafting and preparation of Court documents.
• Other ad-hoc secretarial and administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1 to 2 years relevant experience in Litigation work.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Outlook, Adobe and eLitigation.
• A team player with positive working attitude, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
