Litigation Associate

We are seeking proactive individuals who demonstrate initiative and possess a strong attention to detail. Candidates must also possess excellent file management, research, and drafting skills.

Requirements, Role & Responsibilities:

- Must be Singapore-qualified

- Manage the day-to-day conduct of litigation matters, including drafting and reviewing court documents

- Conduct legal research on case law

- Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings

- Manage documents and case files

- Attend client meetings

Strong communication skills in spoken Mandarin (and written Chinese) would be an advantage, as dealing with Chinese clients is required.
