Join Common Man Coffee Roasters as a chef from Commis to Chef De Partie level, working in fast-paced kitchens that focus on quality and fresh ingredients. You will prepare signature brunch dishes, support daily kitchen operations, and collaborate with a passionate team to deliver excellent food and service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Common Man Coffee Roasters’ signature brunch dishes and seasonal menus with precision to ensure consistent taste and presentation
• Maintain high standards of food quality and execution during all stages of cooking and plating
• Perform mise en place, ingredient preparation, and kitchen cleaning to support smooth daily operations
• Collaborate effectively with chefs and baristas to maintain a productive and positive kitchen environment
• Contribute fresh ideas and energy to improve kitchen processes and menu offerings
• For senior roles (Chef de Partie), lead and guide junior team members to manage daily kitchen operations efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in casual or premium all-day dining kitchens, with brunch experience considered an advantage
• Demonstrated teamwork, initiative, and eagerness to learn and grow in a culinary environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality dishes
• Leadership skills for senior roles, including mentoring junior staff and managing kitchen workflow
