About the Role

This is a temporary research and data support role supporting system testing, data entry, and comparison of results against actual case outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the testing and validation of the software tool to ensure accuracy prior to deployment on online platform.
• Extract and compile relevant data from applications.
• Input data and document the generated outcomes.
• Compare system-generated outcomes with actual amounts.
• Consolidate comparison results for further analysis.
• Prepare an Excel document containing key data points and analysis findings.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• Prior experience in data processing will be an advantage
