Legal Associate (Debt Recovery & Civil Litigation)

We are seeking a motivated Newly Called Lawyer (0–2 years PQE) to join our Debt Recovery Department. You will handle a high-volume portfolio of debt recovery matters, managing cases from initial instruction through to court judgment and enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee a diverse portfolio of individual and corporate debt recovery files.  
* Prepare and issue formal Letter of Demand (LOD), Originating Claims, and Statements of Claims etc....
* File for Default Judgments or Summary Judgments in the State Courts for uncontested or clear-cut debts.
* Communicate with debtors to negotiate settlements and structured repayment plans while ensuring professional conduct.

Requirements:

* Admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
* Newly called applicants are encouraged to apply; prior experience in litigation or debt recovery during training (TC) is an advantage.
*Strong negotiation, drafting, and interpersonal skills; ability to remain professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
