Learning & Development Specialist [PERM]

• Up to $5,500 per month+ AWS + Performance Bonus
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Buona Vista MRT 
• Training Provided

Responsibilities: 

• Identify learning needs and help design competency frameworks and curriculum.
• Plan and manage programmes, including timelines, budgets, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Continuously improve existing learning programmes to keep them relevant and effective.
• Work with subject matter experts to create learning materials, such as e-learning modules, videos, toolkits, case studies, and role plays.
• Facilitate interactive learning sessions, workshops, and discussions.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning programmes and suggest ways to improve them.
• Keep up with trends in learning and development to ensure programmes stay current.
• Support projects related to capability building, service culture, and organizational transformation

Requirements: 

• Degree in Human Resource, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience or interest in learning and development (L&D); knowledge of Service or Compliance and Enforcement is a plus.
• Experience in designing or running learning programmes in different formats (face-to-face, online, blended) is an added advantage.
