Lawyer (Corporate & Commercial Department)

Kelvin Chia Partnership is a medium-sized law firm headquartered in Singapore with a regional presence inSouth East Asia. 

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we invite applications from motivated and capable Singapore qualified lawyers to join us as an Associate in our Corporate & Commercial Department.

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years PQE in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial practice (both transactional and advisory).
• Strong communication skills in spoken Mandarin (and written Chinese) would be an advantage as dealing with Chinese clients is required.
