Kitchen Assistant [12 Hours Shift] [1028]

• RWS (Resorts World Sentosa)
• $12 – $14 per hour
• 6 days work
• Will have break time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to recipes, menu specifications, and presentation standards (e.g., cutting vegetables, meats, sauces).
• Cook menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team as needed.
• Ensure all supplies and ingredients are available for preparation; maintain proper stock inventory and storage.
• Set up and stock workstations, ensuring food is prepared and delivered consistently, on time, and of high quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times.
• Comply with instructions from the Head Chef or Chef-in-Charge.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Flexibility to perform various kitchen tasks as required.
