We are on the lookout for a skilled and versatile Business Analyst to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand citizen/business needs through human-centric, visual methods such as service journeys, and craft the appropriate business case.
• Apply Design Thinking / Service Design methodology and tools to devise and execute strategies for identifying current state gaps and challenges, and designing future state solutions.
• Work alongside project teams to formulate user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies while ensuring alignment with the company’s technology roadmap (e.g., cloud-based solutions, enterprise architecture, and modernization of legacy systems).
• Identify and implement the most suitable development methodology (e.g., Agile or Waterfall) within various development environments, including Outsourced, Co-Sourced, or In-house setups.
• In Agile environments, take the lead and actively participate in Agile practices and ceremonies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 year of experience in IT business analysis, application solution design, and testing.
• Participation in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably utilizing Agile Methodology.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to articulate ideas effectively and influence stakeholders.
• A proactive and motivated demeanor coupled with a curious mindset.
• Willingness to learn and apply new concepts and technologies.
