Junior Business Analyst

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Gather and document user stories, system requirements, and workflows
• Support project delivery by tracking progress, milestones, scope, and schedule
• Assist with requirements workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Handle BAU operations: production issues, service requests, and escalations
• Monitor vendor performance and recommend operational improvements

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Degree Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or related field
• Any advanced or similar certification are an added advantage – PMP, CBAP
