IT Project Coordinator - spvw

We are seeking a proactive IT Support & Project Oficer to provide first-level technical support, assist in system health monitoring, and manage key administrative and financial processes. This role involves hands-on technical support, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless day-to-day and event operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for ICT systems during daily operations and special events.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of ICT requirements.
• To perform and maintain project asset inventories and ensure all project assets are tracked, accounted within the asset inventory system.
• Oversee the lifecycle of ICT assets — including deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Manage user accounts and inventory systems while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Support budgeting and billing verification for ICT-related expenditures.
• Maintain operational readiness of ICT equipment and network facilities.
• Uphold agency SOPs and Whole-of-Government guidelines in all assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Studies, Information Technology, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in ICT operations or project support preferred.
• Prior experience supporting government-related projects will be an added advanatge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
