IT Operations & Systems Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive IT Operations & Systems Support Specialist to the team. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless IT service delivery, system optimization, and functional support. If you enjoy problem-solving, testing new solutions, and improving IT processes, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day IT operations, service delivery, and management.
• Conduct system testing and prepare rollouts for new solutions.
• Handle basic troubleshooting and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Assist with system configuration, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
• Document, track, and manage functional requirements accurately.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT operations and system administration.
• ITIL and/or PMP cert is an advantage
