IT Operations Analyst, Public Sector

Contractual Position: 11 months
Salary: Up to $5400/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Support IT operations service delivery and management.
• Conduct testing activities and rollout preparation.
• Handle basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Support system configuration and optimisation.
• Document and track functional requirements.Support budget journals, virement requests, and liaise with external parties on budget and funding matters.
• Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only
• Background in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operations Service Delivery and Management including IT systems with multiple interfaces to external entities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification will have added advantage.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira would be added advantage.
• Basic project management skills in managing maintenance of IT systems (Level 1 Operation) and to conduct testing activities and rollout preparation.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques to gather, document, and track functional, interface, and data requirements, as well as to support system configuration and optimisation.
• Experience in managing issue reporting channels, basic troubleshooting, resolving common issues, and routing more complex problems to higher tiers, tracking issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
