IT Operations Analyst

Location: Pasir Panjang

Period: 11 months

Salary: up to $5400 per month

• Support daily IT operations service delivery and system maintenance.
  
• Conduct testing activities (UAT) and assist with rollout preparation for system updates.
  
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
  
• Support system configuration and optimisation to enhance performance.
  
• Gather, document, and track functional and system requirements.
  
• Monitor and manage issues using tools such as Jira.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or related field.
  
• At least 2 years of experience in IT operations or application support.
  
• Experience supporting systems integrated with external platforms or stakeholders.
  
• Familiarity with IT service management practices such as ITIL is an advantage.
