IT Operation Support Technician

We are seeking a candidate to support the operation and maintenance of Internet of Things (IoT) devices and building technology systems.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily operations of IoT devices and building technology systems
• Track system health, connectivity, and device performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve device and connectivity issues
• Maintain accurate inventories of IoT devices and system assets
• Perform regular maintenance, including security patching and firmware updates
• Manage patch schedules and validate updates to minimize operational impact
• Support transition and takeover of Raspberry Pi-based and other IoT systems
• Document system configurations and support migration planning
• Maintain technical documentation and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Diploma in any IT or its relevant discipline
