IT Lab Executive

Seeking a Senior Executive involves comprehensive management and maintenance of lab resources in Singapore local university.

Location: Pioneer

Salary: Up to $4500

Type: Permanent

Lab Operations

• Ensure lab equipment readiness and maintenance
• Manage facility requests and consumables stock
• Oversee lab access, safety compliance, and basic infrastructure upkeep
• Plan and manage budget for equipment upgrades

Asset & Procurement

• Maintain asset records and handle loans, transfers, disposals
• Support sourcing, evaluation, and receiving of equipment/software

Technical Support

• Set up and configure lab systems, servers, and VDI
• Provide end-user support (onsite/remote)
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and manage infrastructure design

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with relevant experience in managing and maintaining IT equipment.
• Proven hands-on experience in software installation, hardware troubleshooting, and server administration in diverse IT environments.
