IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT systems performance and health, and perform basic troubleshooting and system administration.
• Support backup operations, disaster recovery procedures, and incident management.
• Assist with change management activities and handle service requests.
• Monitor security alerts and support user access management.
• Maintain infrastructure and facility records, system documentation, and asset tracking.
• Log operational activities and incidents, and prepare regular operational reports.
• Ensure maintenance and service records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline.
  At least 1 year of experience in IT operations, data centre, or infrastructure support.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, backup processes, and security controls.
• Familiar with incident, change, and service request management.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and communication skills.
